At the centre of any good chiasm is the main point, the thesis. History is chiastic, with the life of Christ at the centre. The Bible’s main point is the union of God and man in Christ.

  I’m not so sure it’s the center. Many chiasms have no unparalleled center (A.B.C.C’B'A’), so then the emphasis becomes the edges. Christ initiated the last covenant administration before the eschaton — as the second Adam.
